Another excellent video! Thanks for posting.
PS - I like the spinning camera mount. Where did you get that?

That is a Feiyu-Tech G4 QD gimbal, with remote control, from China, of course--and available on Amazon for less than $300. Just getting used to it, but it really holds some possibilities!
I'll have a video just on that up, soon!

I enjoy your narration and videos. What airplane do you fly?

"What airplane do you fly?"
Sting Sport (now referred to as just a "Sting") LSA. Heck, I've never been in anything else--ever! I wonder what those other LSAs fly like...

Rich & the group: Here is a short video introduction of the very small, very clever 3-axis camera gimbal Rich is now using. It begins with the unboxing of the gimbal system and introduces the items included along with a short 'in use' segment.

The fellow doing this video, Court, is the leading video reviewer of electric bikes (ebikes) and other small electric vehicles. He had to have a way to not only video bike components from all angles while keeping the image upright but he then had to video these bikes in use, while shooting video of the hub or bottom bracket motor, how well the gears shift while under motor load and so forth. His videos are on the Electric Bike Review youtube channel and in-depth written reviews can be found at electricbikereview.com.

Re: California's Drought and the El Nino "No-Show"
Forgive me for this atrocious thread drift...but Rich's new gimbal system reminded me of this 'Only in NYC' video. Flying related? Well, it is a video of Aladdin zooming around NYC on his magic carpet, so it (just barely) does relate. What made me think of it was how much more cumbersome the 3-axis system used to shoot this Prankster video was, yet sort of cutting edge only a few years ago. Hope you enjoy...
