We're just days away from the start of the 78th Annual Masters Golf Tournament. Here's a pic from our scouting flight this morning.
Our plan is to fly in on Friday morning and return on Sunday. Hoping for good Wx.

Re: Augusta National
My dad got to play at Augusta once...he knew a guy who knew a guy who was a member. He has played a lot of the great courses over about 45 years, but that was the highlight of his golf hobby.

There is a video of the Cessna chief pilot, Kirkby Ortega landing a Skycatcher on a golf course.
I'm wondering if Jim was thinking of doing the same thing!
Not sure what the greens fees are for landing on Augusta? I guess those playing can just play through? Big fat…NO!

Planning to fly-in Tuesday morning for the 80th Annual Masters Tournament. So far it looks like the Wx is going to cooperate. Anyone else planning to fly-in?

Re: Augusta National
One of Cessna's SkyCatcher sales videos had their SkyCatcher demo pilot Kirkby Ortega landing the plane on a Wichita golf course....so maybe you can get in that way, park the plane and save on tickets and tie down fees? Fore.....!
