Pilot Charged with Assault

In the Pacific Northwest, and probably elsewhere, it is illegal to chase motorcycles with an airplane. Even if the pilot is stone drunk and the cyclists are students.

The Motorcycle Safety Foundation has had permission for years to use the parking lot at Apex for training and endorsement. Apparently, the perp, who uses a hangar at the airpark, doesn't agree.
