It's one thing to have one of those little remote control styrofoam or balsawood airplanes in the confines of your back yard or a private field used exclusively for these hobby/toys (up to a certain altitude). But things start to change when you move to much more capable devices, operated over other people's property, with video capturing capability, or in public spaces like parks, schools or public athletic fields.
