I'm setting up a 4 probe EGT system for a Rotax 912ULS. The display electronics require UNGROUNDED probes, which are a little less common. Two possible types are:
1) Aerospace Logic http://www.aerospacelogic.com/index.php ... uct_id=200
or
2) Electronics International https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/ ... kkey=22203
Any recommendations, suggestions or comments?
Thanks, Pete
EGT probes for Rotax 912ULS?

Re: EGT probes for Rotax 912ULS?
Pete, all I've ever used are grounded probes. They work with all the analog gauges and glass panels I've ever seen. I'm curious what kind of display requires ungrounded.

I believe the EI and Aerospace Logic graphic displays want ungrounded probes. Also, the very easy to use thermocouple chips (MAX31850) need them.

The Avmap Engibox for Rotax engines needs ungrounded probes.
