Hangar on private airport for lease - San Francisco Bay Area

Fellow pilots,
For the past 36 years, I have had the pleasure of owning a large hangar on the Frazier Lake Airpark (1C9), Hollister CA (at the Southern end of the Santa Clara Valley). Since I have for some time resided in PA, that hangar has been leased out. Effective 1 January 2019, it will become vacant, and I wanted to offer it first to the SportPilotTalk community.
