Sorry folks, I hadn't been on the site recently, and missed the fundraiser! Congrats on meeting the goal, and as the guy who "forgot his wallet" always says, "I'll catch you next time!"

This is a truly amazing accomplishment from a very wonderful community. My thanks to:

Gerald, for allowing us the opportunity to get some skin in the game.

Tom, for recognizing and pointing out the archival value of this site.

The FAA, for motivating us by finally issuing the MOSAIC NPRM.

Richard, for acting as Cheerleader, and being the first to donate.

HornedFrogGrant, for making the donation that put us over the top.

All of you, for creating a sense of family, and allowing me the the privilege of moderating.
The opinions posted are those of one CFI, and do not necessarily represent the FAA or its lawyers.

I could not agree more!

With us beginning to see MOSAIC's "light at the end of the tunnel", it would have been a very unfortunate time for this community to shut down. It's an exciting time for Sport Pilots (and "higher" exercising Sport Pilot privileges).

BTW, you should have listed yourself among that list, Prof. Shuch. The wealth of knowledge, and skillful moderation, that you contribute to this forum can not be understated.

Can we still donate? I'd be honored to send $30 via venmo. Call it a patreon kick starter.
