Re: New 360 camera on a selfie stick off the wing

I created a clamp that fit on the handle on the RV wing. The stick is made of conduit with a plug with the bolt in the end. I have see version with brackets that use the screws for the wing tips also.

New 360 camera on a selfie stick off the wing

I created a selfie stick for my experimental RV. I had been playing with different options. The video is produced with an Insta360 3x and the selfie stick that is about 3 feet in front of the end of the wing. It is very secure, based it off a design used on a 185 knot aerobatic plane. mmldmQyrlls It...

I believe you do go back in Phase ! and then document it - a quick search on the VAF forum see below: Quote from VAF: Originally Posted by Saville View Post Getting a new prop installed on the -8. Re: Sussex NJ Airport Diner

Service was good and the food not that bad. On the way back I flew South down the Hudson River SFRA. I ...

Re: Buying/owning a used Zenith 601/650 with no mechanical knowledge?

Dr. Paul can correct me if I'm mistaken, but it is my understanding that replacing the engine with anything other than the exact same make and model triggers that "major change" clause in the airworthiness certificate, requiring the airplane go back through Phase 1 testing. Yes, Jim, that...

ForeFlight TFR question

Today flying back from lunch and on my Garmin 796 with XM a TFR popped up with a yellow announcement for the VIP TFR @ 5pm today. So I started double checking in other systems, and the GRT HXr with ADSB indicated the same in yellow and active at 5 pm. But here is the question about Foreflight on the...
