Tecnam P2008 turbo

Talk about airplanes! At last count, there are 39 (and growing) FAA certificated S-LSA (special light sport aircraft). These are factory-built ready to fly airplanes. If you can't afford a factory-built LSA, consider buying an E-LSA kit (experimental LSA - up to 99% complete).

3D,

I believe we are in agreement then. I just want to be sure everyone knows there is no difference between the certified aircraft and the SLSA other than paperwork.

Mark,
I want to thank you for your objectivity. Even while (understandably) advocating for your employer, you manage to maintain a neutral stance about the relative merits of various competing products. A difficult tightrope to walk, to be sure!
The opinions posted are those of one CFI, and do not necessarily represent the FAA or its lawyers.
