I thought I would chime in and let you all know that Taildraggers Flight School at Winter Haven Florida (Gilbert Field) Near Lakeland and Orlando, has LSA training and includes the choice of traditional lesson schedules, OR a TWO WEEK intense course to get your Sport Pilot rating all at once.
It seems reasonable and they seem to want to make it work around your need.

Of course, you can also get trained at Sebring Regional Airport in Florida by our crew Float Planes and Amphibs, We have multiple LSA available and tail draggers besides.
