Kitfox Super Sport vs. Aerotrek

Talk about airplanes! At last count, there are 39 (and growing) FAA certificated S-LSA (special light sport aircraft). These are factory-built ready to fly airplanes. If you can't afford a factory-built LSA, consider buying an E-LSA kit (experimental LSA - up to 99% complete).

Kitfox Super Sport vs. Aerotrek

Post by GMO »

Just curious if anyone here has any opinions on both these airplanes or more specifically any direct knowledge. I have been reading about both and they seem pretty similar to me. Both are available as SLSA and in kit form, although the Aerotrek kit only available in Europe. Pricing is similar, specs, etc., and both available with conventional/tricyle gear. The Kitfox SLSA is new for them as they are known for their kits in the past. What do you think, any thoughts appreciated.
Thanks,
