Hello from Chicago area

Post by SmoothIsFast »

Hello everybody,

I'm a PPL student in the Chicago area looking to go on and earn my CFI-S and LSRM as an additional career. With the (slowly) impending changes to LSA regulations, I think this is a great time to be getting involved in sport flying and the LSA industry more broadly.

I look forward to future discussions about flying, instructing, and whatever else comes up on this forum.

Cheers,

Will

Hi Will.
Excellent plan. Were I a younger man, I would do the same.

Welcome, Will; that sounds like a great plan.

There are several Chicago area members on here as well as members who hold CFI-S and LSRM certificates.

Younger-shmounger - I got my PPL at 54 and my LSRM at 61. It's a good plan at any age. Kudos for having the vision.
