I am new to the Forum. I own the 162 at HPN in Westchester. I bought it from the Sporty's sweepstakes winner last year.
I have had it in the flight school since July 2010. I completed my Private pilot license in it last winter.
Yes, it is spartan inside, has a suboptimal load limit but it is a ball to fly and so far pretty tough. Since mine was the second one delivered it has had some growing pains but Cessna has been very responsive to issues and keeping the plane flying and me happy. I have over 110 hours in the plane and do not regret my choice for a second.
