To clarify:

Our itinerary:

We should be arriving at the Sebring "Raceway Campground" late Wednesday afternoon, after doing the Tampa RV show in the morning.

This will be us (minus the dogs):



We plan on doing the Expo on Thursday, and going to Prof Shuch's seminar on ROTAX engines*, then camping out a second night and motoring on Friday morning.

So, as plans firm up, we'll be around for dinner get-togethers either Wed or Thursday or both.

I may have misinformed you. I had originally been told all of my forums were scheduled at 2:15 PM, listed them with faasafety.gov accordingly, FAA sent out hundreds of emails announcing that time, and they have several dozen people signed up already for that timeslot. I now see on the Expo website that they have me down for 1 PM all four days. I've emailed Expo director Jana Filip, and hope she has some resolution to this potential problem. I'll keep you posted if I hear anything between now and Wednesday. As a last resort, those planning to attend any of my seminars should show up at 1, and be prepared to come back at 2:15 if there's someone else presenting in my room (Forum Area #2).
