I will be there, as usual, and plan to give my normal assortment of FAASTeam Wings/AMT seminars and Flying Musicians Association converts. Look forward to seeing many of you at Sebring.

That would be a great event and Winter getaway.
I'll plan to fly down, weather permitting.

Some of us RAF folks will be manning a booth at Expo again this year. If you get tired wandering about, feel free to drop by and put your feet up.

FYI one of the big surprises for us this year at Expo was the number of private airstrip owners who attended...and almost all of them from Midwest, Northeastern and Eastern Canada regions. The weather (as promised by the local Chamber of Commerce, even tho' in reality it was damn cold!) is a partial explanation, but I hadn't quite seen the connection between large landowners and Sport Aviation that was demonstrated there. It was an interesting Ah-ha and made for some enjoyable conversations.

I just added an extra weekend to my winter schedule in Tampa.

I'll be flying into Tampa on Wednesday night of the Expo and plan to drive over to Sebring for at least a day or two.

Should be an interesting weekend.

Here's my seminar achedule for Expo 2015. All my forums are FAA Safety Team Wings and AMT award eligible, and they run from 2:15 to 3:30 PM all four days:

Wednesday - Stepping Up to Light Sport
Thursday - LSA Maintenance (who can do what to whom)
Friday - Care and Feeding of the Rotax 912
Saturday - Category and Class (adding new privileges just got easier)

Booked my reservations this morning. Flying Delta into KPBI Wednesday morning, renting a 162 (6037Z - the one I flew to the Bahamas in January) from a local flight school (Platinum Aviation at F45) to fly into Sebring. Staying at the Inn on the Lakes.

PS - Rooms are still available at IOTL - they range in price from $119 - $154 per night. (PSS - Chateau Elan was full)

We're about a week away from the Expo... How about a SPT member dinner on Wednesday night?
