Lake Country LSA at the Westosha (WI) airport (5K6) has a Flight Design CTSW for rent and offers SP training. They don't seem to have a Web site, but their contact person is Dana Holladay at 847-951-3118 or [email protected]. They are listed as a Flight Design dealer on the Flight Design Dealer Web page with slightly different contact info.
