Testing, testing,...

Sport aviation is growing rapidly. But the new sport pilot / light-sport aircraft rules are still a mystery to many flight schools and instructors. To locate a flight school offering sport pilot training and/or light-sport aircraft rentals, click on the "Flight School And Rental Finder" tab above. This is a great place to share ideas on learning to fly, flight schools, costs and anything else related to training.

Testing, testing,...

Post by Half Fast »

Going to take my written tomorrow morning. If I can just manage to remember how many days I have to report a dui conviction I should be able to squeak by.

Strange place for testing: http://www.shophrs.com It's a restaurant supply and food safety training business. Maybe I can pick up a new set of pots while I'm there.

Anyway, wish me luck!

I got tripped up on the test on the question of WHERE to report it. I got no weight and balance questions on my written, but I did get the question of what government agency to report a DUI conviction to.

FAR Part 61.15(e)

I've always wondered what they mean by motor vehicle action. Accident? Speeding ticket? Parking ticket? I've had at least one of each, and never reported them.
The opinions posted are those of one CFI, and do not necessarily represent the FAA or its lawyers.
