What I'm training in this week

Sport aviation is growing rapidly. But the new sport pilot / light-sport aircraft rules are still a mystery to many flight schools and instructors. To locate a flight school offering sport pilot training and/or light-sport aircraft rentals, click on the "Flight School And Rental Finder" tab above. This is a great place to share ideas on learning to fly, flight schools, costs and anything else related to training.

What I'm training in this week

Post by Cluemeister »

This is the P92 Echo at Lockwood. Nice plane, very stable. Not that I have anything to compare it to as I'm a new student pilot, but it's a comfortable plane to train in!

Keep us updated, so we can partake vicariously in your evolution!

Not to plant the seeds of a self-fulfilling-prophecy, but don't be discouraged by small setbacks and plateaus - they are both part of the learning process, which is rarely a straight line of ever improving skill.

Bad day or bad landing? Think Taylor Swift - shake it off!

Most of all, have fun!

I trained in the same model at Lockwood, if not the same airplane...

It's about the most stable and docile LSA out there. MUCH easier to land than a CT in my opinion.
