Sport aviation is growing rapidly. But the new sport pilot / light-sport aircraft rules are still a mystery to many flight schools and instructors. To locate a flight school offering sport pilot training and/or light-sport aircraft rentals, click on the "Flight School And Rental Finder" tab above. This is a great place to share ideas on learning to fly, flight schools, costs and anything else related to training.

I'd still have the seaplane instructor sign you off for the BFR. Shouldn't cost any more and moves your renewal date by 1 month.

Maybe Mother Nature will do it for you.
I hope not. I am looking forward to it. I'm also flying the SkyCatcher from Lake Norman (14a) to Downtown Greenville (GMU) tomorrow for a burger.
You didn't say food was involved. That changes everything! :D

Have a good ride.

But only if the CFI gives you a flight review logbook endorsement. Don't forget to ask for it.

As for pictures, if you send me some, I'd love to splash  them all over Facebook!

Exactly. DPE ride automatically counts. CFI proficiency check can count, if so logged.
