Licensed Sport Pilot Flying Again After 6 Month Hiatus

I received my sport pilot license almost a year ago and unfortunately I haven't been able to fly for quite some time. I am just wondering if anyone has any input as to what sort of retraining I'll have to go through to start flying solo again. Would a couple hours with an instructor be sufficient? Thanks in advance for the help!
