No, but it's moments away by air. That airport (AHN) and my home airport (WDR) are equally distant from my house.

Looks like they are adding a perimeter road and fence, so they can turn the airport into a prison camp.

Actually, I think what you are seeing is the temporary dirt roads where they are moving dirt by truck to build up an area where they are extending one of the runways.

Could be. I know over the past few years They have been building some roads and fences around airports. IIRC the roads are just inside the fence, which seems kind of strange.
