ShareAviation.com, which debuted a few months ago in a forum-style just like this site uses, re-launched yesterday, with a totally new face. It switched to a very innovative facebook-style format with some very cool features aimed at appealing to the younger crowd, the crowd we need to inlist to get aviation growing again--or at least keep it from shrinking further!
A main theme is sharing aviation worldwide through pictures, videos, and related social interactions. I can visualize this eventually becoming the "go-to" place, especially for aviation videos.
