Talk about airplanes! At last count, there are 39 (and growing) FAA certificated S-LSA (special light sport aircraft). These are factory-built ready to fly airplanes. If you can't afford a factory-built LSA, consider buying an E-LSA kit (experimental LSA - up to 99% complete).

Wish we knew ??? They have not updated their website for over a year , which is not encouraging . Also for the Sport Aviation Expo in 01/08 Nexaer is not on the exhibitors list also not encouraging which is a shame because the design appears very promising . It looks as if we can write them of for dead .

Unless anyone else out there has any info to the contrary .
Opinions are like armpits everybody has a couple & they usually stink .

Appears maybe not dead. Here's a post 5 months ago from Wyo airport where they are moving to.

I hope they get this one going with a 54" wide cabin it will be great for comfort.
