Flight Design assembly/distribution coming to Vermont

Besides the Vermont Assembly, Distribution, and Flight Center.... FD has announced there will be a new, additional, factory in Southeast Asia, for building the CTLS line and the new C4 (certified 4-seat).

Is the CTLS the only model to be assembled there?

What about the flight school trainer/tourer the MC or the newer C4?

I totally missed this... Quiros, the co owner of Jay Peak resort , BOUGHT Flight Design USA.... I thought they were just moving manufacturing there.
