Good news...but for those that don't have ADS-B or a Mode S xpndr it didn't matter to them anyway...they are already flying around blind....

I bet you will be shocked the first time you look up from your traffic-free ADS-B screen and almost eat a NORDO Cub.

ALL available information. It's not one or the other.
It's ALL part of the modern-day scan.

Well alright! Good to see that AOPA has held the FAA responsible for specific information... and is not accepting unrealistic or unreasonable and broadly worded NOTAMs

I think I'm going to renew my AOPA membership.
