1/3rd Partnership - 2006 Flight Design CTSW - San Jose, CA

Post by rfane »

One third share of N510RF is available. 0RF is a 2006 Flight Design CTSW, nicely equipped and well maintained.

A Flight Design CT is a Light Sport Aircraft, and the top-selling model in the LSA field.

Aircraft is owned under an LLC, which presently has two owners / members. I hold two thirds of the company and aircraft, and have since 2006. I am now looking for a third person to join the partnership in this great aircraft.

Aircraft presently has 356 hours since new. All service bulletins have been complied with, and the aircraft is performing flawlessly. It cruises at 120 KTAS, and burns 5 GPH of 100LL or 91+ Octane MoGas. Service ceiling is 14,500 ft.

Equipment includes:

Dynon D-100 EFIS and D-120 EMS.
Garmin SL40 Comm
Garmin 327 Transponder
Tru-Trak IIVS duall axis autopilot
Panel dock, GPS Antenna, and XM Antenna for Garmin 496 - each member uses their own 496
PS3000 intercom with Music input for MP3 player
Tundra Gear option
Leather seats - brown

Upgraded with sun visors and Matco brakes.

Based at Reid Hillview (KRHV) in San Jose, CA, in a sheltered tie-down.

Annual due in August 2009. Last 100 hour inspection completed in March 2009.

Asking price = $32,000 for 1/3rd ownership stake in Western Flight Adventures, LLC. Price includes prepayment of portion of Insurance and XM subscription for 2010, and cash reserves in the company for Engine overhaul / replacement and Airframe & Avionics upgrade fund.

Fixed costs are paid quarterly, and are presently at approx. $1,060 per member, which is roughly $360 per month, per member. This covers insurance, sheltered tie-down rental, XM subscription, Property Taxes, State LLC taxes, Registered Agent and other corporate fees, and a fund for scheduled maintenance for Annual and 100 hour inpections.

We presently charge ourselves $50 Wet per Hobbs hour for using the plane. This pays for fuel, and the previously mentioned reserve funds.

More details will be provided for interested parties who contact me by PM.
