H. Paul Shuch is a Light Sport Repairman with Maintenance ratings for airplanes, gliders, weight shift control, and powered parachutes, as well as an independent Rotax Maintenance Technician at the Heavy Maintenance level. He holds a PhD in Air Transportation Engineering from the University of California, and serves as Director of Maintenance for AvSport of Lock Haven.

"Out of context" is exactly how the legal game is played. You can be sure that if there's a problem, attorneys for the plaintiff are going to get you up on the witness stand, hand you that document, and ask you to read #10. As soon as you've done so, counsel will say "thank you very much; no further questions." If you try to read further, the judge will instruct you to step down. Now, what do you suppose the jury is going to think?
