My experience was extremely poor with both companies.
It took some effort to get a competitive insurance rate (had to shop around and then they matched it.)

Financing was quick and easy but their finance communications were very quick to become unreasonably threatening.

If client opts to cancel the policy early, coordination between the two companies is poor and the process is slow, which results in more adverse communication from the finance company.

Sorry to hear that. Too many companies are quick and efficient on the taking side of an order, but are terribly slow and/or put up hurdles when you don't want to be a customer any more.
