Positive data point re: LSA insurance

Post by FastEddieB »

The insurance on my Sky Arrow is through EAA's Falcon Insurance Agency.

I just got my renewal notice. My annual premium dropped from $961 to $830.

It's for the same hull value - $50k. And my hours, both total and in type have not increased substantially.

I imagine no claims for 8 years may help, but I'm also considering the insurance industry may be getting a better handle on the risks of LSA flying in general.

Let's hope!
