Non-in-motion insurance for EAB

I would like to find this type of insurance for my EAB. I worry about her when in my hangar. I want her covered for storms incase the building gets destroyed and I would like her insured for damage from others while she sets in my hangar.
I share a hangar but no planes must be moved to exit the door's.
