Cool topic. I finished both of my written tests and plan to take my practical test for CFI-S in maybe 3 months.
I'm hangared at an airport community with no cost to me and plan to start slow and train friends before exploring commercialization. I'll be flying the 162 but will probably go full commercial and CFI in a couple of years as I have over 120 hours in and access to a Mooney. I'd like to someday have an aviation business with a friend.
I wonder if you should start local first?
