Instructional accident NTSB report

A CZAW SportCruiser was involved in an instructional stall/spin accident last week at Suffolk VA. Here's the link to the preliminary NTSB report:

Unfortunately, a Tecnam was lost in Fort Worth, TX on 1/23/2010.

And a student solo in a Piper Warrior here in Phoenix, AZ last week.

No one is immune.
