This one really gets me mad.

Precision is the major supplier of float carburator parts.
Marvel Schebler and Stromberg float carbs were installed on all small certified airplanes from 1930's until very recently.
I have had carb ice many times without difficulty. I would still rather a carb than fuel injection.
Every failure of a fuel injection fuel pump I have had I could not keep the engine running.
Every case of carb ice I could get the engine back to full power again.
Properly setup and being a little carful auto gas is fine.
Yet Precision has been sued successfully many times for failures that proper training and a little care for the machinery could have avoided.

Carburetors for 162s
I wonder where Cessna will get the carburetors for 1000 Skycatchers.
carbs
I did not think of that.
Continental had an o-200 on display for LSA with fuel injection not too long ago.
More weight and complexity. Just what the 162 needs.
I have not really liked my Jabiru Bing carb because of tuning difficulty, Rubber socket mounting, starting, idle woes, and lots of little parts.
The Marvel Schebler carbs can endure an amazing amount of dirt, rust, improper assembly, parts failures and still run. Usually starting easily every time. No tuning needed for wide changes in air temp.
I would wager that nearly every pilot has flown behind one of these carbs at one time in their career.
That is why this bothers me so much. It will affect nearly every light airplane except experimentals.
