As the title says ... any Walmart-Target-sourced alternatives to composiclean ?
I am trying Rain 2x , following StingFlight owner advice, but wondering if anyone else has some advice regarding fiberglass cleaning without ordering on-line only cleaning products ?
Thanks

Re: Alternatives to composiclean for cleaning
I've used several locally available quick detailers with good results:
* ArmorAll Ultra Shine and Wash & Wax
* Meguiar's G3626 Ultimate Quick Detailer
* TurtleWax Clean and Shine
I wipe down the leading edges of my plane after each day of flight and rarely need to do a tip-to-tail cleaning. Maybe once every 12-18 months.

Awesome - thanks.
For oil/fuel stains - is Oil Eater safe to use on composite surfaces ?

I use Aero Cosmetics Belly Soap which meets Boeing's exterior tech spec which gives assurances against paint soften, corrosion of sandwich layer, won't craze, etc. Oil Eater is pretty far on the acid side of the PH scale so I'd avoid it.
