Where to learn about glass panels

So...
Where is a good place to read up on glass panels?
If for example you're looking at a CTSW from 2012 and it has Garmin exl40089 flux capacitor, how would you know what it actually does? ABSB compliant? Can it be upgrade with new software, etc.?
Is ABSB out driving by the transponder, or something else?
Looking for a good source to get a little smarter on these topics.

If you know the make and model of the device in question, you can usually find a user manual for that specific device just by googling it.

There are a number of simulators. PC based, iOS apps and web apps.

In the past Dynon has had classes at Oshkosh and Sun'n Fun. I don't know if they are still doing it though.

No, they're not. I've taken both Dynon classes, taught by Kirk Kleinholz, and they were excellent. The last time he gave the clssses, they were recorded and posted to Dynon's website and YouTube channel. Now you can take them without traveling.

While awaiting the arrival of my Sling, I’ve been soaking up all Garmin’s videos on the G3X touch, as well as others posted on you tube. All my previous planes had steam gauges. I wish there was a training program simulator, similar to the one Garmin had, back in the day, for their 430/530, for the G3X.
I’ve flown glass, Avidine and G1000 in the past, but not enough to get really comfortable. A hands on class would be great if it were local, but I’m not traveling for one. I’ll work it out. All it takes is time, Mogas and the wife as my safety pilot...
