Very sorry to hear about this accident and Karen's passing. I took my check ride in 28GX after about 15 hours of training in it and it was a wonderful plane to fly. I spent a fair amount of time at Ohkay Owingeh practicing patterns and landings. I remember the hills to the Southeast of the airport and remember watching my speed and altitude to make sure I didn't meet them. The Los Alamos airport was an interesting airport to fly into. There was no way (safe way at least) to land on 09.
