I would fold that into "any airspace over 10k", but okay. My point was that a SP can act as PIC in every *type* of airspace except Class A, which seems counter to your point of the FAA wanting to have a medical peek at *every* PIC. Also true for glider pilots, who can also go into Class A IIRC.
It is not any airspace above 10,000 feet. It is above 10,000 MSL AND 2,000 AGL. That is in addition to all Class A. The discussion was about the PBOR2 and part 23 aircraft, not Sport Pilots and LSA. It was also not about glider pilots. Once again, you prove my point that you can't post here without some petty ass trying to parce every word. I guess when someone post what something IS, they also need to post everything it IS NOT. The topic of this thread is Pilots bill Of Rights 2 which had NOTHING to do with Sport Pilots, LSA, or gliders and glider pilots.
Jesus, thin skin much?!?

You posted an inaccuracy ("FAA wants to have a medical look at every pilot acting as PIC"), and I politely stated why I thought it was incorrect, pointing out that a Sport Pilot can act as PIC in every TYPE of airspace other than A without any medical review. You then go off on some kind BS about the 2000AGL rule, call me a petty ass, and generally have a kiniption. You prove time and again that you can't stand to be questioned on anything, even politely.

Take your meds already, man.

Some people can only build themselves up by tearing other people down.

That's what my grandma told me, it just took until a little later in life to understand. :)

OK, gentlemen, time to let it go and get back on topic.
The opinions posted are those of one CFI, and do not necessarily represent the FAA or its lawyers.
