TruTrak is great

Post by BrianL99 »

I had an anomaly with my TruTrak EFIS and called them a couple of weeks ago. As soon as I told them what the problem was, they seemed to immediately know what the issue was.

I spoke with the GM Luke Massengale a few times via email and eventually got my EDM & PFD out of the airplane and shipped it down to them.

A week later it's shipped back to me, all updated and re-built to specs ... no charge. The only cost was $25 for overnight shipping back to me. The system is at least 4 years beyond the warranty period.

What great customer service. Thanks TruTrak!

I had a similiar experience with Dynon.
Sent the unit (RMA, UPS) on Thursday, they repaired it over the weekend and had it back to me on the following Tuesday (Seattle to Tampa).
Tech support at Dynon has been outstanding.

Both of those companies are great.
