Check out our water landing in Sebring this week end. This is the first set of Meade 1430 amphibious floats installed on a Jabiru J230.

Having not flown much with floats, the end seems a little shaky with the aircraft rocking back far on the floats. Is that typical of straight float aircraft?

I was sure he did it on purpose in order to slow down.

We did a few touch and goes. This was the very first full stop. The pilot meant to hold it back.
