Was wondering if anyone had comparison of the Jabiru J230 and the Eaglet. Is one vastly better than the other? Does one handle wind better?

If you were going to buy one of the two which would it be?

I am trying to get the flight planning tool to run on my computer.
Windows 10, Java 8.
Due to security settings it won't run.
I have put it in the excepted site list and still no luck.

Any ideas would be most appreciated!
