EAA Sport Pilot Magazine

Do you subscribe? Do you ever look at the Flymart & Classified Ads at the end of the magazine. I'm just trying to decide if it's worth the $$$ to advertise there.

1. LSA manufacturer: Tecnam
2. Wait time for LOA: About a week.
3. Was there a fee? Yes, $150.
4. Does your manufacturer have an AEL? Not sure.
5. Rate the scale of difficulty for your experience getting a LOA. (1) Easy.

Received approval last week.

I'm flying down tomorrow. Are you going to the Tecnam event on Friday?

Re: Anyone had experience with Lanier Flight Center?

By the way, LFC is down to one Skycatcher now as a result of the storms on Tuesday night. PS - I did my first solo and my checkride in this plane.

Re: Anyone had experience with Lanier Flight Center?

I trained there and rented their 162 for nearly 5 years before I bought my own plane. Great outfit! Feel free to give me a call with any questions. PM sent.

Re: Can't see SportPilot's posts

Hate to pile on, but the fact that so many threads consist of disjointed discussions and strings of deleted posts is the main reason I've been much of a participant here. I wish that were different, but honestly... it makes this forum too frustrating to read. Oh, BTW, finished my SP cert and bought...

The legislation is on its way to the President. Should be signed this week.

Re: 47th Annual EAA Cracker Fly In

Great turn out. Got to catch up with a lot of old friends I hadn't seen in a while. If I had to guess, I'd say close to 100 aircraft in attendance. (Winds were blowing right down 29. Too bad it was closed for aircraft parking. 23 was the active)

Move the training area away from the bird sanctuary! I've only come close a few times. No evasion necessary.
