Any Trike Flight Instructors in South Florida???

I would like to get in contact with flight instructors/schools teaching how to fly Weight Shifts (Trikes) in South Florida. I have been googling in and out, seems like they are not that many nearby, and some of the closest are 2 to 3+ hours drive away. Also I have been seeing other schools in other ...

Hey Jack I appreciate your input. I have joined AOPA a few months ago already and find it very useful. I do receive the monthly magazines by mail, and by email as well, including their training magazine. I have not done any of the ASI online courses just yet. I constantly go to the "file a flig...

A Quicksilver or Challenger with 2 seats would be a LSA not a ultralight. Ultralight is an often mis-used term for that style of aircraft, but if it has 2 seats it never was an ultralight. Hi Tom, I really appreciate your input. How wrong I was, and that is why this forums are the place to be! Than...

You also need to get used to the term LSA. The cheap airplanes you talked about are now LSA's not ultralights. Tom[/quote] Hi Tom, when I refered to cheap airplanes, cheaper than SLSAs I meant Ultralights, like the quicksilvers, something that just has tubes, lining and a little Rotax, and in many c...

Re: SLSA or ELSA pilot in command (PIC) towards building tim

Absolutely! As long as the aircraft is Sport Pilot eligible, and is in the same c...
