A Quicksilver or Challenger with 2 seats would be a LSA not a ultralight. Ultralight is an often mis-used term for that style of aircraft, but if it has 2 seats it never was an ultralight. You also need to get used to the term LSA. The cheap airplanes you talked about are now LSA's not ultralights.
