When, where, how much? Lack of progress on the insurance end is definitely hurting sales. The WSC manufacturers have collected safety record data from all the countries where CAA kept such data and where there was a CAA mandated licensing program to show that safety is on par or better in WSC than in equivalent category airplanes/ Any answers, please.
