About what is the normal cost for tied down at an airfield?
How much are you guys paying?

| I have a T hangar that costs $311.00 per month, tax included. When I originally inquired about pricing they informed me that tie downs were $40.00 per month. I just couldn't leave my girl sitting outside. |

| Phoenix...Deer Valley... $23 open tie down, $93 covered tie-down, small hangar $191. City-operated pricing. Private in-town is generally more, but away from town it gets cheaper. |

| For Deer Valley those are monthly. Covered just means a shade hanger style tie down. |

Grass tiedowns $35 month
Community hangar $100 month
T hangar with sliding doors and cement pad $180 month
10-12 airplanes on hangar waiting list |

$80 - $90 is the norm here in the Washington DC area.
