Hey everyone, I am almost finished pursuing my dream of becoming
a pilot. I've been flying the Remos gx working on my SPA license. I've
just received an endorsement from my instructor to take the checkride.
I will hopefully have it scheduled within a few weeks. Anyways, looking
forward to some wonderful information on this site. |

Thanks Arion, I'll actually be flying to KGIF to take my checkride.
I've flown there a couple of times and really like the airport. |

We have a great Pilot's Association there and normally do 2 flyouts a week (Wed and Sat) with some of us also flying out on Sundays. Since I am married to my business I usually only fly on Sunday and have no problems finding pilots to join up on Sunday morning breakfast runs. Let me know when your checkride is and if I can make it out there to give moral support I will be there. Is your ride with Chuck Brown or a different DPE? |

Arion, My checkride is with Chuck Brown. I was scheduled to have it
this past Tuesday, but unfortunately mother nature decided I should postpone it. Chuck will be out of town for a couple of weeks so I'll have to wait until he gets back. I'll let you know when the checkride is scheduled, look forward to meeting you in the near future. |
