I am looking for a place to fly ultralight planes (experimental or microlight planes) in Asia, preferably in the Philippines.
Is there a flying club or flying school? |

With the Philippines you picked the right place in Asia. The largest and best known ultralight club is there: Angeles City Flying club
It's near the old Clark Airbase, they teach you ultralight flying and you can rent planes there.
I have been there last year, no regrets!

in fact incidentally a few days ago I spoke to a commercial pilot who has also been to the ACFC and highly recommends it.
