| Have you considered just training in a regular (non LSA) airplane close to where you live? Getting a private pilot certificate would allow more flexability and you could then transition to a LSA afterwards. |

Price.
Although there is some light at the end of the tunnel for me. There is a place in Bowie about 25 minutes away that is getting in a pair of Skycatchers early next year. And the Laytonsville Airport only 10 minutes away is looking for a way to get a sport pilot program going.
So right now I'm in waiting mode. But I'm very excited to start. |
