Greetings all... I am a new student pilot learning in a C-170A which I am a part owner. Interest is in building a light sport so I don't have to deal with FAA medical (special issuance). I also help restore aircraft at the San Diego Air and Space Museum and will help out at the Midway as well. I have worked on a Neuport II, Curtis Jenny, PT-22, and a F4-U. So, I know fabric work.
I am attending A&P school and sell aviation images as well as write the occasional aviation related article. See some of my work at my website, www.cavuphotography.com.
Hope to finish with the C-170 soon and get onto something I can build. Soloed last week at KSDM, Brown Field, only 9800' @150' wide, makes for long pattern work.
I am also interested in new powerplant technology.
