This looks like a great forum!
I've been involved in light aviation for the last 15 years, starting with Quicksilver ultralights. I learned to fly in a Quicksilver MXL, and have assisted my dad in a few kit builds. Together we run Oregon Light Sport, out of southern Oregon, and manufacture accessories and modifications for Quicksilvers as well as many other models, including Drifters.
Though busy, I still get out in one of our 2 Quicksilvers when I get a chance. There is nothing that compares to open cockpit flying early on a summer day.

We're just completed a run of heavy duty replacement Quicksilver axles for those unfortunate enough to need one after having bent the stock aluminum axle. These can take quite a beating, which is important for aircraft used for instruction.

Holy mother, it has brakes!
BTW, did you look into providing some support or parts for CGS Hawk? |

We haven't worked on the CGS Hawk specifically, and haven't received many requests for support. The closest we've come is the GT400 and GT500, which have similar characteristics. |
